The Finishing Touch Spice Blend

Enhance any dish, vegetables, soup, salad, meat or fish with a sprinkle of this finishing spice blend.

Makes about 1⁄3 cup

2          tablespoons kosher salt

2          teaspoons fleur de sel or Maldon Sea Salt

1          teaspoon dehydrated garlic

1⁄2       teaspoon red pepper flakes

1          teaspoon dried thyme or herbs de Provence

½         teaspoon freshly ground black or white pepper

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
