1 small pineapple – peeled and cored
3 firm peaches – quartered
3 firm plums – quartered
2 granny smith apples – quartered and cored
1 pint strawberries – quartered
1 tablespoon honey
1 lime – juiced


Slice the pineapple into 1/2″” pieces. Over a hot grill mark the pineapple, peaches, plums and apples on both sides. Cook the fruit for about 3 minutes on each side. Cool, then cut the fruit into chunks and toss with remaining ingredients.
